How do y’all fight target panic and keep your shot process consistent?
I’m curious what has actually helped people the most with target panic, punching the trigger, freezing under the pin, or rushing the shot. Do you focus more on: Blank bale practice Back tension Switching releases Aiming drills Letting down more often Mental shot routine Shooting closer distances until confidence comes back I feel like a lot of archers deal with this at some point, even if they don’t always call it target panic. What helped you the most, and what made it worse?
